History

Sir William Patton left BTS a bequest to encourage scholarships in the historical aspects of toxicology. This donation was matched by the BTS and the Paton Prize established.

Eligibility

Recipients are asked to present a lecture at the BTS Congress meeting, followed by a publication in the Journal.
