The American College of Toxicology and Charles River, in association with the BTS, are co-sponsoring a course:
 
Practical Application of Toxicology in Drug Development
 
This course will be run in Edinburgh from Monday 9 to Friday 13 September. Details are available through the attached brochure.
 

As well as the two residential meetings, the Society runs occasional one-day meetings on specific, topical aspects of toxicology. 

Related Meetings

The 28th Annual Scientific Meeting (including the Annual General Meeting) of the British Society of Toxicological Pathology (BSTP) is being held in partnership with the Safety Pharmacology Society (SPS).   The theme is:

 “Integrated cardiovascular risk assessment from functional and pathological data” 

The meeting will be held on Thursday 14th and Friday 15th November 2013 at Alderley Park, Macclesfield.

Scientific Meetings

The BTS runs meetings covering a wide range of toxicology topics. These are intended to provide state of the art scientific programmes including continuing professional development, education and networking.

Meetings are organised by the Scientific Sub-Committee (SSC) in conjunction with the Speciality Sections.  Any member can propose a meeting topic for consideration by the SSC by filling in the form found here 

  • One annual meetings is held each year in plenary, symposia and poster format. 
  • Delegates come from the academic, industrial and regulatory communities, together with active research students
  • Abstracts are published in the BTS official journal and behind the secure members area of the BTS website.
  • Non members are welcome to attend (and submit abstracts)
  • Members of BTS receive preferential registration rates (click here to join)
