Members and non-members of the BTS are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at BTS scientific meetings as posters and/or oral presentations.  These should be no more than 250 words and must be scientifically rigorous with no pictures or tables and need to be submitted via the BTS website - see example of BTS Autumn Meeting 2011

The content and format of BTS abstracts must conform to certain guidelines.

Poster sizes
Dimensions of posters for all BTS meetings should not exceed A0 (841 x 1189 mm/33.11 x 46.81 in) in portrait style.

Dimensions of posters for the BTS Autumn Meetings should not exceed 1.20m wide x 0.90m high landscape style.
