Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the current lockdown we are all facing and with the uncertainties this brings, the Executive Committee have confirmed that the 2021 Annual Congress will now be held as a virtual meeting from the 12^th -15^th April 2021.

This was a very difficult decision as I know many of you were hoping that this year we would hold our Congress as a physical meeting however, there is no greater importance than the health and safety of our members.

We are sorry to disappoint you but your safety and wellbeing, as well as that of our contributors, must come first.

The Scientific Subcommittee have been working very hard with all those who were scheduled to present in Cardiff to provide the programme virtually.  The programme will be sent out very soon with details on how to register for the 2021 virtual Annual Congress and how to submit your posters for consideration. We do hope that you will register for the Annual Congress and support the British Toxicology Society.
