BTS Annual Congress 2026

The Officers are pleased to inform you that the 2026 Annual Congress will be held from Monday 27th April to Wednesday 29th April 2026 at Voco St. John’s, Solihull. Some members will remember that the BTS has held its Annual Congresses at this venue in the past which were a great success and we are looking forward to returning to the venue in 2026.

More information will follow in due course, but please do put these dates into your dairies.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Annual Congress next year in Solihull.

2026 accommodation is available onsite at the Voco St.Johns, Solihull.

To book a room at the BTS Congress agreed rate please follow the below instructions – Rooms available on Monday 27th April and Tuesday 28th April.

Call the in-house reservations team on 01217127601 (Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm)  Advise of the event name ‘BTS Congress 2026′ and dates ’27th – 29th April 2026’ to book your room.

PLEASE NOTE – We have limited bedrooms reserved at our BTS agreed rate so they will be available at a first come first serve basis. All bedrooms are to be booked and paid directly by you. BTS will not be held liable for any unpaid room charges.
